These aren’t the greatest photos. It was overcast most of the time I was at the hotel in the middle of nowhere. The hotel was pretty big, and next to it was a convention center. With the archaeologists as well as a dog show going on it was full, as was the parking lot. I tried to get a surrounding show of the area but it was hard. While it was on a hill, it was essentially in a crater on the hill and I couldn’t really get very good shots of the surrounding nothingness without getting cars. Well I could have, I was just too lazy to walk.

The dog show was going on at the convention center next door. I wish I could have spent more time there. I missed the Cairn and Westies showings. The Westies went on when I was presenting my paper, and I didn’t get up early enough to see the Cairns.
