I didn’t think today could be worse than yesterday, it’s shaping up that way.
I still have no resolution to the computer problems. I’m trying to deal with it all online today because I just can’t call them up again and deal with attempting to bridge a language barrier.
How I’m unable to put my order number in at hp.com and see everything, yet they are not, boggles me. I have had to scan all sorts of receipts and email them in. If I don’t get a satisfactory answer by this evening and have a repair date set, well I’m just going to Best Buy. I’ll send HP the bill and a nasty letter.
To make matters worse, my school also has no record that I filed for an extension of time to finish my dissertation. It’s a normal thing, most students in my department do it. Somehow my paperwork got lost. With the semester ending in a little under two weeks this is NOT what I need now!
I’m sure I’ll have a migraine by the end of this day.

I hate tech support, no matter the company responsible for it. They are anything but supportive!
With the day you have had, it would make anyone have a migraine who doesn’t have them !
I have a friend that made a car payment on line. She can see it has been made, posted and also money pulled from her account, but somehow the payment center can’t find it and has no record that they pulled the money from her account. She is in a big fight with them…with no end in sight. Why have a payment option on line, if they are not going to be able to see it?????
