The big news in these parts is that it is supposed to go down to 30 degrees the next few nights. Brrrr! It looks like we are skipping fall and going right into winter. Otherwise I don’t have too much to report really.
I’m trying to slowly get ready for Keith’s visit in two weeks. I figure if I do a bit of cleaning of the guest room and the whole house each day then it will be ready by time he gets here. I’m also trying to get my friends to come out to meet him as well. Everyone has such busy lives it is hard to get people together anymore it seems.
I would love to have a night out this weekend, but with Kieth the following weekend and then Halloween weekend following it, I probably shouldn’t. Emily and I are trying to figure out something to do the Saturday night of Halloween weekend and now my friend Jen and Crystal want in too.
Nikko goes in to have the thing removed from his nose next Tuesday. Poor baby!
I rented a few scary movies from Blockbuster. I picked up “The Woods” and then two Asian films “The Ghost of Mae Nak” and “Ju-On 2” which is the Japanese sequel to “The Grudge.” I plan on watching one of these tonight. If any of them are worthy of recommending I’ll be sure to write up a review.
Dustin
You guys could get in the car and come to my Halloween Party the Saturday before Halloween. It is going to be a blast. 🙂
Good luck to Nikko!
I finally got around to watching The Fog remake. You were right, it wasn’t worth it. At least it was free…
I’m flying south for the Winter !
It really hasn’t been *that* cold here in NH, although it is supposed to be near freezing this weekend. I still have Florida blood, so I’m not sure how winter here is going to treat me.
Had snow this afternoon in ND, it was 30 and windy. Not really ready for that. I will be moving out your way in March to DE. Glad to be back home on the east coast!! Enjoy your visit with Keith and Happy Halloween!!
