Other than that, the only thing on the horizon I’m excited for is the Olympics. Yay Olympics! It’s the only time I really get into sports, and I love the fact they are in Canada this year because it means they should for the most part be live and can’t be spoiled because of tape delays. I’m always too tempted to cheat and read who won what.

Post Note: John and I are going back to Swanky Bubbles for V-day this year, mainly cause I couldn’t think up anyplace else and we liked it, it was nice and quiet actually. Meanwhile a package from Amazon came and I’ve already been told it’s my gift. He pondered giving it to me early, and idiot I am said I could wait. What was I thinking! He hinted though it’s something I could use now (which makes me think it’s a sleep machine or something lol).

As I was finishing cleaning house last night for Keith’s arrival tonight . . . our washing machine broke. Seriously? SERIOUSLY! What else can go wrong? John is swamped with hayrides all weekend and can’t get to it till Monday, and the sears people can’t even get here till Tuesday. I guess any laundry that need done will have to be taken to a laundromat. I’m not happy about this at all. Fortunately I had enough clean bed linens for the guest room, otherwise I’d have spent half the day there waiting on laundry.

As for another hot trany mess, while at the gym “The Wendy Williams” show was on the TV. I’d never seen it before, but have heard lots of talk about it, none very good. It was a Halloween episode of course, so the audience came in costume. The audience was also largely made up of drag queens. I swear I spotted a local drag queen Miss Britney Lynn there! I had to read captions, but from what I could tell, this show is trash tv at its finest. I may have to tune in!

Anyway, I’m off to try and finish cleaning the bathroom and relax a bit and hope nothing else goes wrong. I bought tickets for a haunted house tomorrow for us, which means a monsoon will suddenly appear with my luck as of late.

Fun Facts: Delta blurts out that she loves when Dixie was telling off the jury (which Dixie speaks about, a great episode I will say). Meanwhile the show’s writer speaks about Imogene! Imogene was the character from the AIDS episode who Julia blasted after she said AIDS was “killing all the right people.”

This whole clip is classic, and mad props to Linda Bloodworth-Thomason for what she says! Also Annie Potts for the zinger she delivers, as well as Jean Smart and Delta Burke’s comments about gay parades and bars. Even though she’s a republican, we love the Dixie Carter too We love you all! You are classy ladies!

Anyway, I grabbed some real coke from the farm today, you know with caffeine and high fructose corn syrup. Hoping it will give me a jolt to stay up in the morning so I can get back to working and not sleeping most of the day.

Other than that, I have nothing. I’ve gotten sucked into “Janice Does The Jungle” . . . I mean “I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here” as there is nothing else on TV lately. When they vote Janice off I probably won’t watch anymore, she makes it fun and drama filled. Did you see that bitch steal the granola bar and then lie about it? For shame!

The SciFi channel had a marathon of “Land of the Lost” yesterday. I have the first season on DVD, but never got the 2nd or 3rd. We came into the thing somewhere in the 2nd season and I watched through the abomination that was the third season when the show went to hell thanks to the arrival of Uncle Jack. The marathon of course was for the new movie coming out, which I can’t decide on. I am not a huge fan of Will Ferrell’s humor, I like him in a few movies basically. His “Land of the Lost” will either be really good, or make the third season look like Emmy Award winning television

Twitter suddenly came back last night, yet it’s still broken. It’s not updated since it returned. I think I have to kick start it by putting a tweet out, I don’t know. Maybe Jesus is still speaking to me and telling me “No!” Otherwise I haven’t used facebook, except for a slip-up late one dark stormy night *Confirmed* I’m being positively permanently punished. Twitter only shows my updates or replies to me, but nothing from anyone I follow. Time to give up the Twat!

I still haven’t eaten meat yet either, though the Big Mac is now haunting me. I kid you not, I was at the gym yesterday and “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” was on. I look up and the question is “Based on the famous jingle, what is not an ingredient in a Big Mac?”

Anyways, I have a few other things to share, but I’ll save it for another post. I still have to get my review of “EA Sports Active” up at sometime too.
