		<description>Week three has you running about 9 minutes and walking maybe 20. It&#039;s something like run 90 seconds, walk 90 seconds, run 3 minutes, walk 3 minutes; then it repeats. There is a 5 minute warm up and cool down.

Week four is like run for 5 minutes, walk for 90 seconds, run for 3 minutes, walk for 2 minutes; repeat

I have yet to start week 4. I haven&#039;t run since Wednesday myself. I wanted to go yesterday but didn&#039;t feel good and today I woke up with a kidney stone.

I will probably do Week 3 one last time and then g to week 4</description>

		<description>Congrats on the weight loss!  I&#039;ve had to buy new clothes recently too, which is a nice feeling.  I don&#039;t have the money for a completely new wardrobe though, so belts are really coming in handy!  How hard has the running been so far, and how far do they have you running now?  Between being sick and tweaking out my knee, I haven&#039;t been able to run lately, and I miss it!</description>
