So I believe next month Madonna’s new album comes out. It’s a collaboration with Justin Timberlake and Timbeland. Needless to say, I’m not excited nor pleased. I will reserve final judgement when I hear the whole thing. The early leaks though, not happy!

I think I’ve made it pretty clear that I’m sick of hip hop having taken over anything and everything music wise and am ready for the revolt to happen and the big shift in music. It happened in the 80s with hair bands. It happened in the 90s with grunge. It happened in the late 90s with boy bands. It’s overdue at this point. Like Ethel Merman’s disco album, Madonna’s hip hop album might just usher in the end of this era.
