Sluggish . . .
 

I’ve been feeling like a slug lately, literally. This weekend I didn’t want to motivate to do a thing. The weather was no help either. On Saturday we had torrential downpours. When the rain finally stopped, the wind storms took over. A huge pine tree got blown in half next door, seriously. A huge chunk of it cracked off. Fortunately it fell into a field, no damage done.

This weekend I’m hoping I won’t be feeling like this. There is a huge horror/monster film fest/convention that just happens to be taking place in my home town this year. This does have me upbeat and I so plan to go. They will have autograph signings with stars, movies show with Q&A sessions with stars, and of course a showing of “Rocky Horror!”

Nothing much else to comment on right now. I just got Super Smash Bros Brawl for my Wii. I intend to pop it in soon. If anyone has it drop me a comment. We can trade wii# and battle it out online :)

Yayyyy Rocky Horror! I love Tim Curry, in Vancouver they used to play midnight showings of it, but nobody would go with me :( all my friends were afraid because of the stories they heard about coat hangers and toast,, lol. Are you dressing up?

Ok, here is the plan. You still go to Vegas once a year, right? In 2009, I want to grab Becky and Lori and meet you in Vegas (THE greatest place on earth!) Then fly back to your hometown, play Wii and watch scary movies and then I will drive back home. Nevermind if I’m invited, I’m there, OK? :-)

LOL, I’m going at the end of April with Emily if you want to book a trip. Let me tell you the hotels there are CHEAP right now, why I don’t know. I’m currently about to cancel and rebook the hotel we have because it will 1/3 less than when I originally booked it! I think the economy is hitting Vegas HARD.

Count me in!! I’ve always wanted to go to Vegas! Going with friends sounds like the perfect way to do it:)

I was just looking at Super Smash today and almost bought it. I might just have to go back and get it now that I know someone to play with.

I want a Wii!! I want to play with you and Becky!! I just can’t believe how much they cost and right now I need new tires, I hate being an adult!- I want to buy all the fun stuff. :)

We are planning (aka saving) for our vacation for this year - we are actually trying to do two mini vacations- and I can’t do Vegas this year :-(, but I am serious about next year. If I save just a few dollars a month, it shouldn’t be a problem. AND I will have even more vacation time saved up. I am trying to save 200 vacation hours -after that it all rolls over into sick time. Anyway… will I actaully “meet” you in 2009?? That just seems crazy! For so long you have just been a “web page” LOL
