I have sinus and allergy problems and am trying something new. I bought Deidre Imus' book Green This! It gives great alternatives to those chemical cleaners we all know and hate but use because it's what we've always used. Almost everything in our homes can be cleaned with corn starch, vinegar, lemon juice and/or essential oils. I used diluted vinegar and lemon juice to remove the lime build-up on my shower head and it worked beautifully! Vinegar will clean just about anything, and added the essential oils leaves clean, fresh smells. etc. Anyway, thought I'd mention it because it's all natural and recommended for people with allergies. It's just healthier and better for the environment as well. 100% of the proceeds goes to support their ranch for children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses...
