I love pasta! It’s a carbohydrate weakness of mine. Tonight I had one of the best pastas I’ve ever had in my life. The company that makes it is a local NJ company called Severino. I don’t know how wide spread their distribution is for the stuff, but look for it in your local grocery store. I have has some of their stuff and it’s okay, but what I had tonight was Eggplant and Gorgonzola Ravioli. It was out of sight! It was so good that you didn’t even need a sauce to eat it, and in fact too much sauce takes away from the ravioli. Yum yum!

I’m just starting to like eggplant, so that does sound yummy! I’m a pasta-holic too, so I’m right there with you. Not sure if we have Severino’s here or not. I’ll have to look into that. Thanks for the recommendation!
