We got hit with a MAJOR lightening storm here in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area tonight. Actually the sucker is still going on. It hasn’t really rain, it is just giving us a light show for about 2+ hours now. Here are two videos I took of it.

The first video, which I took down the road from my house. The loud whooshing is the cars going by on the road. My house is literally between where I’m oscillating back and forth.

The second video is actually right outside my back porch. Instead of the cars going by you get to listen to the insane bugs :)

Right now it is getting worse actually, and there is a hell of a lot of thunder. Too bad I didn’t make the videos now!

I loved the videos!!! The family and I just got back from Myrtle Beach, SC, and there was a pretty bad storm one night while we were there. From our balcony, we could see lighting striking the ocean and it looked like the ocean was on fire! It looked pretty amazing, but at the same time, frightening.
