My mouse finally went kaput the other day. Well it worked fine, but the mouse wheel wasn’t working. I actually need the wheel to scroll through tables dealing with my school work. So off to Staples I went today to get a new mouse. While there I was amazed at how many mice they had! For five more dollars I could go wireless. I had avoided these in the past because I’m always on the PC and felt I’d run down the batteries quickly. Plus I didn’t really know how well they worked. Well I gave it a shot, and I’m impressed! It works great and I’m supposed to get 6 months battery life from it. We’ll see about that. I’m so impressed I may by a wireless keyboard to go with it (assuming they’ll both work off the same wireless receiver/transmitter). I work on a dining room table with papers and books scattered everywhere, so the less wires in the way the better. So if anyone has wondered about these things, two thumbs up!

Meanwhile, heads up parents out there, the Playstation Three is heading our way in November! They announced today a worldwide release in November of this year. No price has been set, but Sony claims they are shipping 1 million units a month to avoid the shortages that happened with Xbox 360 and the PSP. If your kids want one of these, get on that reservation list ASAP.

  1. I have a cordless mouse and keyboard and I love them. Here is a tip buy a rechargable mouse they are about 50 dollars but the money you save in batteries is worth it.

  2. Parents nothing! I want one for me. Do you happen to know when they are going to start taking preordrers?

  3. Nope, no sites online are taking orders yet. I would imagine it would be soon though. I think Xbox 360 started last May. As soon as a price is given for it then they will probably take preorders.
